Returns Policy 

Saregamausa.com currently operates the returns policy listed below.  We reserve the right to change our policy at any time.  Any e-mail regarding returns should be sent to sales@saregamausa.com

 

 Damaged or Defected Goods 

 

In the event that your goods arrive ‘dead on arrival’, we will replace the goods with ones in working order.  In the first instance please e-mail us with a description of the fault, your name and address and your order number.  We will then arrange for your replacement goods to be delivered and the damaged goods to be collected.  You will not be charged for this service. Please note however, that you have until 5 days from the day of delivery to report the fault to us. 

 

If your goods are damaged and are still within the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer for initial assistance.  If the problem cannot be resolved, the goods will be sent to the manufacturer for repair, please contact us first to arrange this.  Upon receipt of the goods we will send the goods out to the manufacturer or an authorized repair centre, for repair.  The manufacturer is responsible for deciding how long they will need to keep your goods to complete their repairs, and this could take up to 60 days.

 

Damaged goods does not cover damage by normal wear and tear, liquid damage, abuse, misadventure or any other actions outside the scope of reasonable use of the product.

 

 

 Unwanted Goods 

No return on DVD's and CD's unless defective in which it will be replaced with a working copy.

If for any reason you wish to return the goods for a refund and they are not defective, then you have until 5 days from date of delivery to do so.  Once again, you must first send us an e-mail with a brief explanation, and we will e-mail you a RMA form and instructions. 

It is essential that goods are returned in original manufacturers packaging, with all manuals, software and accessories included. We must receive the returned goods within 14 days of issuing you an RMA number. Any goods received after this period cannot be processed for a return and any return shipments will be rejected.

 

If goods are not in a 'as new' condition, then we will charge a 20% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the goods, at our discretion. Goods which have clearly been in heavy use and may not pass as new will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.  Provided that goods are in a 'as new' condition we will refund your money within 30 days of receipts of the goods.  We cannot refund shipping charges both from and to us.

 

Certain specialty products, limited editions and hard to source products are exempt from the 5 day return policy. These products can only be exchanged for the same model or similar model (if we no longer stock the original model) if the product is damaged or defective. Products which are exempt will be clearly marked on the products description page.
